We do not own the venues listed and we do not handle bookings, payments, or wedding contracts. Responsibility for the event lies exclusively between the venue and the customer.

By using the website you accept these terms as in effect. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website, and continued use after announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through the forms.
• Collect venue or user data using automated tools (scraping, bots) without explicit permission.
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or burden the website.
• Publish or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, or abusive.

6. Inquiry form & communication

When you submit an inquiry form, your details (name, email, phone, date, guest count, message) are forwarded to the selected venue so they can contact you directly. We do not guarantee that the venue will reply or enter into an agreement with you. Processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The logo, design, code, and original text of ktimatagamou.gr are the intellectual property of the website operator. Photos and descriptions of each venue belong to the corresponding venue and are used with their permission or under fair use for informational purposes. Reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

8. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., venue websites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. Limitation of liability
